Online Registration Form 2017

1. Registration and Check-in will be at the Oakhurst Community Center Friday night from 2:00 - 7:00 pm. Registration continues at the Oakhurst Community Park on Saturday at 7:00 am. All cars must be parked by 9:00 am. 2. Rain or shine, no refunds. All proceeds benefit local public middle and elementary schools. 3. Entry and Advertising Release In consideration of this entry, car owner and spouse/guests agree to permit the Sierra-Oakhurst Kiwanis Club the use of their names and pictures of their car(s) for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio and television) before during and after the event, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection w/the event , and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Sierra-Oakhurst Kiwanis Club. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by the Sierra-Oakhurst Kiwanis Club. 4. Liability In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Sierra-Oakhurst Kiwanis Club, members, Oakhurst Community Center, Town of Oakhurst, County of Madera and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with management or unknown presentation of the 15th Annual Run for the Gold Car Show from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating w/ entrant and under the direction or control of entrant. 5. No saving of parking space: first come first parked. Consideration will be given to groups if all enter at the same time.
