Sierra-Oakhurst Kiwanis Newsletter November 2019

John Lassos, PRESIDENT

PRESIDENTS CORNER –

Well, here we are in the month of November. What a great turnout we had for the first DCM of Lt. Governor Sharon Smith’s year; really our ten members were there in support of Harvey Left, who was given a special DSA award for his hard work in chairing the Div. 5 “Miracle Mile of Quarters” program for many years, huge congrats to Harvey!

Our next event will be cooking breakfast for the Children’s Museum of the Sierra’s ” Breakfast with Santa”. Lets get the word out to the community so we have a super attendance and remember there is something for everyone to do to make this event run smoothly. We will be “dark” no meeting on Nov. 26th so we can all enjoy our Thanksgiving time with family and friends. AND REMEMBER, GOBBLE TIL YOU WOBBLE……………………………………………………………………….John
